Project Seoul is back with a myriad of Lv1 Kill Confirm tech found fairly recently within the 1.12 patch. Dante, as a character, has always had a ton of setups into his lvl1 and general comboability from his staple pokes. Project Seoul seeks to show that while far more balanced than his previous iteration, Dante still maintains his status as a high AP and high damage based character.
